Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jedipic.com website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, via email or by posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Please review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Ownership of Final Artwork

All custom artwork (including but not limited to caricatures, portraits, illustrations, and other designs) created by JediPic (the “Products”) and delivered to customers are 100% royalty-free for the customer’s personal use. This means you, as the customer, have the right to use, copy, print, and share the final Products as you wish, for both personal and commercial purposes. JediPic, however, retains the right to use any Products you order, as well as the original reference photos you provide, in our marketing and promotional materials (such as on our website or social media) without further consent or compensation to you. If you do not wish your Products or photos to be used in this way, you can opt out by notifying us via email, and we will honor your request. Aside from the rights granted to you as the customer and to JediPic as stated here, all other intellectual property rights in the Products remain with the original artist or JediPic.

3. Order Processing and Production

  • Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within one (1) business day of receiving your request. Once your order is confirmed and processed, the production time for your custom artwork (“Products”) will begin. Orders are assigned to the first available professional artist.

  • Character Count: Pricing is based on the number of characters (people, pets, vehicles, etc.) you request to be included in your Product. If the photos you provide contain more characters than you paid for, the artist may choose which characters to include by default. You will always have the option to add extra characters for an additional fee.

  • Custom Requests: If you have specific requests for styles, themes, backgrounds, or other special features in your Product, additional fees may apply for details beyond the standard offering. We will inform you of any extra costs before proceeding.

  • Photo Requirements: You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality reference photos that meet our guidelines (e.g., the face of each person should be clearly visible) when placing an order. If your photos include minors (children under 18), you must be the parent or legal guardian, or have the parent's consent. High-resolution, front-facing photos ensure the best result. If your photos are low-quality or unclear, you acknowledge that the final Product may not closely resemble the subject. While we will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best result, poor references limit accuracy. Significant revisions due to poor photo quality may incur extra charges. All uploaded photos/files and the final delivered Products are stored on our servers for up to 365 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Please save your files upon delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: The price for your order is determined by the options you select on the Site (such as number of characters, coloring style, background, etc.). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are payable at the time of order. Any additional requests or features not included in the initial price may require extra payment, which will be clearly communicated to you and agreed upon before we proceed.

  • Payment: We use secure third-party payment processors to handle your payment information. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by the payment provider. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. If payment is not successfully processed or is later subject to a chargeback, we may suspend or cancel your order. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or handling fees that may apply to your purchase, except where law requires us to collect and remit them. Prices do not include such taxes or fees unless explicitly stated.

  • Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve it. Initiating an unjustified chargeback after your order has been delivered is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks by providing proof of fulfillment, and customers who attempt fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts terminated and be refused future service.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the personalized, custom-made nature of our Products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once custom artwork has been created and delivered, we do not issue refunds or credits for any reason.

5. Delivery of Artwork

  • Digital Delivery: Completed artwork is delivered digitally. You will receive an email containing a secure download link or button to access your final custom artwork. The typical delivery format is a high-resolution image file (JPEG or PNG), unless another format is specified in the product description or requested by you. Delivery is considered fulfilled once the download link has been sent to the email address you provided.

  • Delivery Timeframes: We strive to meet the estimated delivery times indicated for our Products, but please note that all timeframes are estimates. The actual time to create your custom artwork can vary depending on complexity, order volume, and other factors. If we anticipate any unusual delay, we will notify you promptly. While we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on schedule, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, unforeseen illness, technical issues, or natural disasters). In case of delay, we will do our best to inform you and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your custom artwork. If you are not completely happy with the delivered Product, you may request reasonable modifications. However, because each illustration is hand-drawn and labor-intensive, we have the following policy on revisions:

  • Revision Period: You may request changes or modifications within 7 days (one week) after the initial delivery of the Product. After 7 days have passed from when we sent the Product to you, we will consider the project complete, and any further modification requests may be refused or subject to additional charges.

  • What Can Be Revised: During the free revision period, minor adjustments or touch-ups can be requested (for example, refining small details, adjusting colors, or adding a simple object). Major changes that significantly alter the original request or require a full redraw (for example, changing the pose, outfit, or background entirely) may incur additional fees, or we may treat it as a new order. We will inform you if a requested change falls outside the scope of a free revision.

  • Additional Elements: If you decide after seeing the Product that you want extra characters, pets, vehicles, or other elements added beyond the original order, this will require an additional payment. We can provide a quote for such additions.

  • Charges for Revisions: The first set of revision requests (if within the 7-day window and within reason) is typically provided free of charge. If you request further revisions after the initial round, after the 7-day period, or fundamentally change the direction of the artwork, we will let you know if an additional fee applies. All such charges will be agreed upon before we proceed with further work.

7. User Content and Conduct

When using our Site, you may provide or submit content to us. For example, the reference photos and description you provide for your custom artwork order are considered user content. You might also send us feedback or a testimonial. The following terms apply to such user content and your use of our Site:

  • Ownership of Your Content: You retain ownership of any text, images, or other content you submit to the Site (apart from the custom artwork we create for you). By submitting content, you grant JediPic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content as needed to provide our services or promote our Site. For example, if you provide a testimonial or feedback, you permit us to display it on our website or social media.

  • Materials Provided by the Customer: When placing an order, you may upload images or other materials necessary to complete the work. You agree not to provide materials that are illegal, infringe on the rights of third parties (including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights), defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the materials you provide and that you are fully responsible for their content and lawful use. JediPic assumes no responsibility for materials uploaded by customers and reserves the right to refuse an order if the provided materials violate these Terms.

  • Content Monitoring and Copyright: JediPic platform largely relies on user-provided content (including the photos and ideas you submit for your artwork). JediPic does not review all user uploads for copyright violations or other issues. If you believe that any content on our Site (for example, an image or artwork posted as an example or uploaded by a user) infringes your copyright or other rights, please notify us in writing with details of the infringement (a “copyright infringement notice”). We will promptly investigate reported violations and will remove or disable access to any content found to be in violation of someone else’s rights. JediPic complies with applicable intellectual property laws and expects users to do the same.

  • User Behavior: You agree to use JediPic in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not: attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, try to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization, introduce any malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.), or engage in any activity that disrupts the performance of the services. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. Any form of data mining, scraping, or use of automated tools to access or collect data from the Site without our permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site if you engage in prohibited activities or violate these Terms.

  • Artistic Style Acknowledgment: Our Products are custom-made and artistically interpreted. By commissioning custom artwork from JediPic, you acknowledge and agree that our artists will use their creative judgment to highlight and amplify certain features for comic or artistic effect. The final artwork is the artist’s creative interpretation of the input photos, and the artist’s vision is final. Requests to drastically change the signature style or remove its artistic character after delivery will generally be refused, as this is the nature of custom illustration. An exception to this is if the artwork shows an extremely low level of resemblance to the subject (i.e., it does not look like the person at all) – in such cases, our Quality Assurance team will review the request, and if they agree, we will make an effort to improve the likeness. Minor adjustments and revisions are handled as per our revision policy above. Please review our portfolio to ensure you understand our style before ordering.

8. Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for adults and not for children. The Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, do not use this Site or provide any information about yourself (including your name, email, or photos). Parents or guardians should supervise the online activities of minors.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Intellectual Property

Site Content: All content on the JediPic Site — such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images (excluding the custom artworks you order and user-provided images), audio clips, and software — is the property of JediPic™ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All images on this Site are copyright © JediPic™, all rights reserved, and may not be duplicated, printed, displayed, or used in any manner without the express written consent of JediPic™. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site unless expressly authorized by us.

The JediPic™ name and logo are trademarks of JediPic™, and any other product or company names on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Using our Site does not grant you any right or license to use any trademarks or content without written permission.

Your Feedback: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services (for example, improvement suggestions), you agree that we are free to use or not use such feedback in any way, without any obligation to you. Any improvements or modifications implemented based on your feedback become the property of JediPic™.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of the JediPic Site and services is at your own risk. The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available”without warranty of any kind. JediPic makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or Products included on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to:

  • implied warranties of merchantability,

  • fitness for a particular purpose,

  • non-infringement,

  • and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, or that it will be secure, error-free, or meet your requirements. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that any content (including pricing, descriptions, or artwork previews) is complete, accurate, or free of errors or omissions.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from JediPic or through the Site, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JediPic and its owners, employees, suppliers, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or our services. This includes, without limitation, damages for:

  • lost profits,

  • lost data,

  • lost opportunity,

  • or business interruption,

even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JediPic shall not be liable for any claims arising from any content or conduct of any third party on the Site, such as defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third-party service providers.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall JediPic’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed:

  • the amount you have paid to JediPic in the last six (6) months,

  • or, if greater, fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

This limitation of liability is cumulative and not per incident. The limitations above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between JediPic and you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JediPic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

a) your use of the Site or our services;

b) your violation of these Terms of Use;

c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any right of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights);

d) any content or information that you submit to us (including your photos and descriptions for custom artworks, and any other user-generated content).

You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the photos and content you submit, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions. You acknowledge that JediPic does not verify the ownership of submitted content, and you accept full responsibility for any third-party claims related to it.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

This indemnity obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Site.

13. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account or your access to all or part of our Site at any time and without advance notice if you violate these Terms of Use or if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

We may also remove or disable access to any content you have contributed if it violates these Terms or our policies.

In the event of termination of your access, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us. Any ongoing obligations or fees incurred prior to termination remain payable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services will be governed by generally accepted principles of law applicable to online services, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

By using the Site, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to a competent court in a neutral jurisdiction selected by JediPic, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We also reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction if necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to Terms

JediPic may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” date at the top of the policy. For significant changes, we may also provide an additional notice (such as a banner on our homepage or an email notification). It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16. Contact Us (Terms of Use)

If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, or if you need to contact us for any reason (for example, to send a copyright notice, request permission, or address a concern), please email us at [email protected]. We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 31, 2025

JediPic (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We understand that your personal information and the photos you share are important to you. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use, disclose, and protect your personal information. It also describes your choices regarding this information. By using the Site, you agree to these data practices, which are part of our Terms of Use. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. If you have any questions, you can contact us at [email protected].

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use our Site:

  • Account Information: If you create an account directly, we collect only your email address. If you sign in using Google or Facebook, we may also receive your name and profile picture from that provider (according to their privacy settings).

  • Order Content: To complete your order, you upload photos and, if needed, a short description of your requirements. These files are stored securely and linked to your order in our system.

  • Payment Records: Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store your full payment details. We only keep a record of the transaction (such as date, amount, and order ID).

  • Automatic Technical Data: We collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and pages you visit on our Site. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section on Cookies).

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve our services. In the future, we may add other analytics or marketing tools.

  • Communications: If you contact us by email or through our website chat, we store your message and email address so we can respond.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to run our website, fulfill your orders, and communicate with you. Specifically:

  • Order Processing and Delivery
  • We use your email, uploaded photos, and order description to create the artwork you requested, process your order, and deliver the final files to you.

  • Account and Order Communication
  • We send you order confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications. If we need clarification about your order, we may contact you using your email.

  • Customer Support
  • If you write to us by email or through our site chat, we use your contact details to respond to your inquiry.

  • Analytics and Service Improvement
  • We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, improve the design and usability, and see which products are most popular. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention
  • We may use technical information (like IP address and device info) to detect and prevent fraud, spam, or misuse of our platform.

  • Legal Requirements
  • We may keep transaction records for accounting or legal compliance purposes and respond to lawful requests from authorities where required.

We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing without your consent, or process it for purposes not described here. If we ever want to use it for a new purpose, we will ask for your permission first.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (for EU/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following:

  • Contractual Necessity: We process your data to fulfill our agreement with you — for example, using your email, order description, and photos to create your custom caricature and deliver it. Without this information, we cannot complete your order.

  • Consent: In certain cases, we rely on your consent — for example, to store non-essential cookies or send marketing emails where the law requires consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings (for cookies) or by unsubscribing from emails.

  • Legitimate Interests: We may process data to improve our services, understand how customers use our site, ensure security, or inform customers of similar services. We always consider your rights and allow you to opt out where required.

  • Legal Obligation: We may process and store certain information to comply with the law — for example, keeping transaction records for tax purposes or responding to lawful government requests.

We will always ensure we have a valid legal basis before processing your personal data.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. However, to operate our business and deliver our services, we may share your data with trusted partners in these situations:

  • Service Providers: We work with third-party companies to help us process orders, host our website, send emails, provide analytics, and deliver customer support. This includes:

  • Payment processors (to handle your transaction securely)
  • Email services (to send order updates and communication)
  • Hosting and IT providers (to store and manage our site and data)
  • Analytics tools (to understand site usage and improve our services)
  • Customer support tools (for managing support requests)
  • Contracted artists (who use your photos and order description only to create your caricature)

  • These partners receive only the information they need for their tasks and are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations.

  • Business Transfers: If JediPic undergoes a sale, merger, reorganization, or similar event, your information may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy protections.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful government requests.

  • With Your Consent: We will share your data with other third parties only if you request it — for example, if you ask us to send your caricature to an external printing service.

  • Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share non-personal, statistical data (e.g., “X% of our orders are in color”) that cannot be linked back to you.

We treat your photos and completed caricatures as confidential. Artists and our team access them only to complete and ensure the quality of your order. We will never use or share them publicly without your permission.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

  • Account Information: Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account or it becomes inactive for an extended period, we will delete or anonymize the data unless it must be kept for legal or business purposes.

  • Orders and Transactions: Order-related information (order details, communications, and completed caricature files) is retained for several years to provide after-sales support, handle disputes, and maintain financial records. Uploaded photos and final artwork files are stored for 365 days for your convenience, then deleted. Low-resolution previews or technical metadata may be retained longer for internal reference (with your consent).

  • Communications: Support tickets and other correspondence may be kept for up to 2 years to improve our service, then deleted or anonymized.

  • Marketing Data: Information used for marketing is kept until you unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed, your email will remain in a suppression list to ensure no further marketing messages are sent.

  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics may be stored indefinitely, while user-level identifiers (cookies, device IDs) are deleted based on the retention settings of our analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics — 26 months).

  • Legal Requirements: In some cases, data may be stored longer to comply with legal requests, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.

When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, JediPic uses cookies and similar tracking tools to provide, customize, and improve your experience.

What Are Cookies:

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They help the site recognize your browser and remember preferences. Similar tools include web beacons (pixel tags), local storage, and scripts.

How We Use Cookies:

  • Necessary Cookies – essential for basic site functions (e.g., staying logged in, saving cart items, remembering privacy settings).

  • Preference Cookies – remember your language, currency, and other settings for a smoother experience.

  • Analytics Cookies – help us understand how visitors use the site and improve its performance (e.g., aggregated statistics from analytics providers).

  • Advertising Cookies – allow us or trusted partners to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness (for example, reminding you about products you viewed).

Third-Party Cookies:

Some cookies come from trusted partners providing analytics, advertising, hosting, or communication tools. They have their own privacy policies and must comply with applicable laws.

Your Choices:

You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect certain features, but the site will still work for basic use. For targeted ads, you can opt out via tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance (US) or EDAA (EU).

Other Tracking Tools:

We may use web beacons and similar technologies to track, for example, whether an email was opened or a link clicked. These can usually be controlled in the same way as cookies.

Consent:

Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it anytime through your browser settings or opt-out tools.

By continuing to use our site without disabling cookies, you agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described above.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to control your personal information. We aim to make it easy to view, update, or delete your data, and to manage how it is used.

  • Correction – ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Non-Discrimination – exercising your privacy rights will not affect the prices or services you receive.

How to Exercise Your Rights:

Email [email protected]. with your request. We may ask for identity verification to protect your data. We respond within legal timeframes (usually within 30 days). If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why.

8. Data Security

JediPic takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement a variety of technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Here are some key aspects of our data security approach:

  • Encryption – All data sent through our website is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant providers; we never store plain credit card numbers.

  • Access Control – Only authorized team members and service providers who need the data to perform their work (e.g., artists processing your order) can access it. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Password Safety – Your account password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form. Choose a strong, unique password, and never share it. If you suspect unauthorized access, change it immediately.

  • System Protection – We keep our systems updated, use firewalls, and run security checks to prevent unauthorized access or fraud.

  • Secure Storage & Backups – Your data is stored on secure servers with strong physical and digital protections. Important data is regularly backed up and stored safely.

  • Monitoring & Incident Response – We monitor our systems for suspicious activity. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you as required by law and take immediate action.

  • Your Role – Help protect your account by keeping your login details private, enabling two-factor authentication where possible, and being cautious with suspicious messages.

While no online system can be 100% secure, we are committed to continually improving our protections and keeping your information safe.

9. International Data Transfers

At JediPic, we serve customers worldwide, which means your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers in different countries. This can include locations where data protection laws differ from those in your home country.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, please note:

  • Safeguards: When data is transferred to countries without an “adequacy” decision from the European Commission or UK authorities, we apply GDPR-compliant safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or verified participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

  • Cloud Operations: Our cloud providers may store copies of data in multiple regions for backup and reliability. For example, a primary server in the U.S. and a backup in Canada. Support staff in other countries may also access your data, but only on a strict need-to-know basis under secure protocols.

  • Acknowledgement: By using our Site, you consent to these transfers. If you do not want your data processed outside your country, you should not use the Site — as cross-border processing is part of running a global service.

  • Team Access: Our artists, contractors, or support staff may be based in different countries but always follow the same confidentiality and security standards.

  • Government Requests: We only disclose data to government authorities when legally required, after assessing and challenging improper requests where possible.

For more information or to request a copy of the safeguards we use (such as SCCs), please contact us.

10. Children’s Privacy

JediPic does not provide services to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

  • Age Restriction: Individuals under 16 are not allowed to use our Site or services (as stated in our Terms of Use).

  • Parental Action: If you believe a child under 16 has shared personal data with us, contact us immediately — we will verify and delete the information.

  • Teen Users (16–17): We recommend using the Site only with parental guidance and awareness of privacy and online safety. Some content (e.g., caricatures with adult humor) may be unsuitable for minors.

If you have concerns about your child’s data, contact us at [email protected].

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.

  • The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
  • If the changes are significant, we will notify you in advance — for example, via email or a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using our services and request data deletion.

12. Contact Us (Privacy Policy)

For questions, concerns, or requests about this Privacy Policy, contact us at:

Email: [email protected].

We will respond as quickly as possible. Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we welcome feedback on how we can improve.
