1. What “Order Confirmation” Means


• The Order Confirmation confirms that we’ve received your order, payment, and all required materials (photos, descriptions, etc.).

• It lists the selected product, format, style, price, and estimated delivery timeframe.


2. When You Receive It


• Sent automatically to your email after successful payment.

• If you don’t see it within 1 hour, check your spam/junk folder or contact [email protected].


3. Why It’s Important


• This document is our reference for creating your artwork exactly as you envisioned.

• All composition, style, and details are based on the confirmed information.

• Any major changes after confirmation may require extra time or cost.


4. Changes After Confirmation


• Minor corrections (e.g., clothing color, text spelling) are free if requested within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Major changes (e.g., new composition, additional characters) require a new order.
