At JediPic, we deliver your custom digital caricature quickly, securely, and exactly as promised.
This policy explains order processing, delivery options and timing, file formats, and what to do if you experience any issues — including our strict replacement policy to protect both clients and our artists.

1. Definitions
• Order Confirmation — our email/message confirming your order details and references.
• Drawing Time — production time that starts after Order Confirmation and receipt of all required photos/instructions.
• Calendar Days — timeframes below are calendar days and do not include the time you spend reviewing previews.
2. Placing Your Order
You can place an online order for a custom caricature on our website or request a quote via a short online form.
Within 1 business day, our support team contacts you to confirm details or provide a custom quote.
After Order Confirmation, an artist is assigned and work begins.
3. Delivery Options (Turnaround)
• Standard — 7–10 calendar days
• Express — 5–6 calendar days
• Rush — 1–3 calendar days
Actual timing depends on the number of people/pets, background complexity, and the speed of your feedback on previews.
4. Preview & Edits
You receive a preview for approval. Minor edits to likeness, colors, or small details are included.
Major changes (new pose/outfit/background; adding/removing people or pets) are a scope change and may affect timing and price.
5. Delivery Method & File Specs
Final artwork is delivered digitally via secure download link and to your email.
Default formats: high-resolution JPG/PNG (print-ready). PDF available on request.
Layered source file (e.g., PSD) can be provided as a paid add-on. We do not ship physical items.
6. Bulk / Team Orders
For large teams or group posters, we distribute work among several artists to meet tight deadlines.

7. Delivery Issues & Support
If you do not receive our email/link by the expected date, or you have trouble downloading/opening files, contact [email protected].
We respond within 1 business day and will promptly provide a new link or replacement file if the issue is confirmed.
8. Important Notes
• Please download and back up your files once delivered.
• Delays caused by late/incomplete references or late preview feedback may extend the ETA.
• Public holidays or force-majeure events can shift timelines; we’ll notify you proactively.
Replacement Policy:
• Replacements for incorrect file/size or delivery problems follow our Return Policy (14-day window).
• A replacement is provided only if the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error (e.g., corrupted file, wrong dimensions, or incorrect format).
• All replacement requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and include clear evidence (such as screenshots or error messages).
• No replacements are provided for:
– Personal dissatisfaction with style or composition after approval
– Issues caused by low-quality or incorrect photos/instructions provided by the client
– Requests for new concepts or changes of mind after final delivery
