Return Policy

Every JediPic caricature is hand-crafted by professional artists, created from your unique photos and ideas. Because each piece is made to order, our return policy is designed to handle only specific situations — ensuring fair treatment for both clients and artists.


1. Definitions


• Custom Artwork — any caricature, portrait, or illustration created specifically for you based on your references. 

• Delivery Date — the date we send the final artwork to your email or secure download link.

• Replacement — a corrected or re-issued version of the original file, provided at no additional cost.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement


Because all of our artworks are custom digital creations, we do not offer refunds for:

– Change of mind after the work has started

– Dissatisfaction with style or artistic interpretation after approval

– Requests for entirely new concepts or compositions


A replacement or partial refund is available only if:

– The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or in the wrong dimensions/format

– The artwork significantly deviates from the description in the order confirmation due to our error

– The file cannot be downloaded or opened due to a technical issue on our side


3. Request Procedure


To request a return or replacement:

• Contact [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the Delivery Date.

• Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and evidence (screenshots, error messages, or side-by-side comparisons if applicable).

• Our team will review your request within 1 business day and respond with an approval, request for more details, or a refusal with explanation.


4. Resolution


If your request is approved:

• We will provide a corrected file within the agreed timeframe (usually within 1–3 business days)

• In rare cases where the issue cannot be corrected, a partial or full refund may be issued to your original payment method


5. Limitations


• No returns or replacements are provided for files already approved in preview unless the final delivery contains a confirmed technical error.

• Issues caused by low-quality or incorrect reference photos provided by the client are not eligible for free replacement.

• We do not accept disputes via payment providers without prior contact with our support team.


6. Digital Nature of Goods


All JediPic products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.  

By approving the preview, you confirm the likeness, composition, and other visual aspects of your artwork.
