Music & Movie Posters for Superfans

This is fan wall art, so start with the person's favorite band, album, or film and work outward. Gig and tour posters often come as hand-pulled screenprints on heavy uncoated stock with metallic or split-fountain inks; alternative movie posters reinterpret a film's key art instead of using the studio one-sheet, which is what makes them collectible. Watch the wording: "officially licensed" means the maker has rights to the band or studio; "fan art" and "inspired by" are original interpretations and usually cheaper. Check edition status — open editions reorder easily, while a signed, numbered run (like 24/100) is the keepsake. Common sizes are 18x24, 24x36, and A2, which fit off-the-shelf frames. Open-edition prints run about $18-$45; limited screenprints $50-$150+. Most ship rolled in a tube within 3-7 business days; signed or made-to-order editions can take 1-3 weeks.

Use the filters for size, edition type, and genre, and try the related searches to jump from a broad style to a specific band, film, or studio.
