These Terms explain how you may use JediPic. By using JediPic, you agree to follow these rules and the policies linked from the policy library.
1. Affiliate-first discovery
JediPic helps visitors discover, save, compare, and organize gift ideas. At launch, partner listings may send shoppers to external destination shops for checkout. JediPic is not the seller of record for partner purchases and does not process partner checkout, payment, delivery, returns, refunds, or partner support. JediPic does not collect or process payment card details for partner-site checkout.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to use JediPic under applicable law and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Saved ideas, History, and Gift Rooms
You may save ideas, view recently visited products, create Gift Rooms, invite collaborators, and comment for gift-planning purposes. Saved ideas do not reserve inventory, lock prices, create orders, notify a partner destination, or require a partner destination to honor availability.
4. Affiliate and partner links
Some links may be affiliate links. JediPic may earn a commission from qualifying purchases after you leave JediPic. Affiliate disclosures must be clear, visible, and close enough to recommendation surfaces that a shopper can understand the relationship before acting on the recommendation or leaving for a partner destination.
5. External checkout and partner rules
External partner destinations control their own checkout, payment, taxes, delivery, returns, refunds, account rules, privacy practices, and support. Review the destination terms before buying, because those rules govern the transaction after you leave JediPic.
6. Product information and signals
Product titles, prices, availability, ratings, review counts, delivery estimates, badges, editorial notes, and AI-assisted signals can be incomplete, estimated, partner-sourced, or changed by the destination shop. Confirm final details on the destination site before relying on them.
7. Content and conduct
You may not post, upload, automate, scrape, harass, impersonate, submit fake reviews, manipulate signals, tamper with affiliate links, or use JediPic in a way that violates law, intellectual property rights, affiliate-network rules, or our policies.
8. AI-assisted features
AI features can help with discovery and planning, but outputs may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong. Use your judgment and contact support if a result creates a safety, privacy, disclosure, or trust concern.
9. Current service boundaries
JediPic does not provide JediPic checkout, order tracking, refunds, shipping support, seller messaging, payouts, or destination shop support for partner purchases. If a feature is not clearly opened on JediPic, it is not part of the current public service.
10. Disputes, limits, and contact
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JediPic is not responsible for partner destination transactions or decisions made solely from discovery content. JediPic can review issues on JediPic pages, disclosures, metadata, or handoffs, but partner destinations control their own purchase and support outcomes.
