JediPic is an affiliate-first discovery service. We help you find, save, and compare products, then send you to partner shops to complete checkout. JediPic does not process payment for partner purchases and is not the shop that charged you.
1. Where to request a refund
If you bought after leaving JediPic, request any refund, return, cancellation, exchange, delivery claim, or dispute through the partner shop where you placed the order. That shop's policies, support process, and final checkout terms apply.
2. What JediPic can help with
We can review issues that happened on JediPic before the handoff: wrong product information on a JediPic page, a broken partner link, a missing disclosure, or a saved idea, Gift Room, or History issue. Send the JediPic page URL and the partner destination URL so we can check it.
3. What JediPic cannot do
JediPic cannot cancel, refund, reverse, replace, or guarantee orders paid for on partner websites. We also cannot override a partner shop's refund window, shipping status, return address, or dispute decision.
4. Check before buying
Before checkout, review the destination shop's final price, shipping cost, delivery estimate, return window, customization rules, digital download terms, and contact route. Partner details can change after JediPic displays them.
5. Records to keep
Keep the partner order number, receipt, shipment updates, support messages, screenshots, the JediPic page URL, and the destination shop URL. These records help the partner shop review the purchase and help JediPic review any handoff issue.
6. If something looks wrong on JediPic
If a partner link, product card, price, disclosure, or destination looks misleading, contact [email protected]. Include both URLs, screenshots if available, and the approximate time you clicked through. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive checkout credentials.
