JediPic collects the data needed to run gift discovery, accounts, saved ideas, Gift Rooms, support, analytics, affiliate attribution, and security. JediPic does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising more broadly; where those rules apply, JediPic honors the controls, notices, and requests required for that activity.

JediPic operates the service that processes personal data through JediPic pages, accounts, Gift Rooms, saved ideas, support routes, and admin systems. For the affiliate-first launch, privacy requests use email as the current route. Send privacy questions and rights requests to [email protected]. Include the account email, relevant page URL, and enough context for us to verify and route the request.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, JediPic may rely on contract or pre-contract necessity to provide account and planning features; legitimate interests to secure, improve, debug, measure, and protect the service; consent for optional cookies or marketing where required; and legal obligations for security, tax, dispute, rights-request, or compliance records.
5. Hediye Odaları ve iş birliği

The Gift Assistant keeps your recent conversation and a small profile of the gift preferences you share with it (for example, who you are shopping for and what they like) so it can remember context between visits. For signed-out visitors this is stored only on your own device and clears automatically after about 30 days; when you are signed in it is kept with your account. You can clear the conversation any time with "New chat", and clearing your browser storage removes on-device assistant data.

8. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yapay zeka özellikleri
We share data with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, email, operate AI features, maintain JediPic, and measure affiliate handoffs. Providers may process data only for the services they provide to us. AI features may process prompts, room context, product metadata, or support questions to produce recommendations or routing.
To power the Gift Assistant, the message you type (and any photo you attach) is sent to a third-party AI provider — currently Google, via the Gemini API — which processes it to generate the assistant's reply and product suggestions. Because your input leaves JediPic to reach that provider, please do not include passwords, payment details, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal data in assistant messages (see Section 5). We may change AI providers as the product evolves.

You can update account details, manage cookie preferences, clear local History, remove saved ideas, and request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other rights where applicable. Where a local privacy law gives you the right to complain to a supervisory authority, you may do so in your jurisdiction.
