JediPic respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes copyright and how an affected party may respond if content was removed by mistake.
1. What this policy covers
This process covers copyright claims under the DMCA and related intellectual property reports involving JediPic pages, listings, images, text, Gift Rooms, or editorial content.
2. Filing a notice
Email [email protected] with the copyrighted work, the exact JediPic URL you believe infringes, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
3. Review process
JediPic reviews complete notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content when the claim appears credible. We may forward relevant notice details to the affected account holder, creator, partner source, or other party when needed to evaluate or respond to the claim.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, your consent to appropriate jurisdiction, your contact information, and your signature.
5. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be restricted, suspended, or terminated. JediPic may consider the number, severity, and credibility of claims.
6. Trademark and other rights
Trademark, publicity-rights, counterfeit, or other non-copyright claims can be sent to [email protected] with the same level of URL-specific detail.
7. False claims
Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Only submit a claim when you have a good-faith basis for doing so.
8. IP notice channel
Send copyright notices to [email protected]. This is the current IP notice channel for JediPic pages. If JediPic adds a formal copyright notice agent or another legally required notice route, this policy will be updated before relying on that designation. Include the exact JediPic URL whenever possible so we can locate the reported content quickly.
