JediPic content must help shoppers make better gift decisions. Content that misleads, harms, infringes rights, hides commercial relationships, or lowers trust can be removed or restricted.
1. Product and listing content
Titles, images, descriptions, prices, tags, shop metadata, ratings, and badges must be relevant and must not be designed to trick shoppers or search systems. Partner-sourced fields can change, so JediPic may review, label, hide, or route shoppers to the destination when accuracy cannot be confirmed.
2. Gift Rooms and saved ideas
Gift Rooms are for planning and collaboration. Do not use rooms to harass people, expose private information, coordinate scams, distribute unsafe links, or store unrelated sensitive data.
3. Blog and editorial content
Editorial content must be useful, attributed when needed, and clear about sponsored, affiliate, or partner relationships. We do not publish fabricated reviews, fake expertise, or hidden paid recommendations.
4. Personalized and custom goods
Custom work must describe what the shopper receives, what information is needed, what revisions are included, and whether the output is digital, physical, or partner-hosted.
5. Prohibited goods and claims
Illegal goods, hate content, sexual exploitation, counterfeit goods, unsafe medical claims, weapons, drugs, and infringing material are not allowed.
6. Intellectual property
Do not upload or promote content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other rights. DMCA notices and counter-notices are handled through the DMCA Policy.
7. Reviews and social signals
Reviews, saves, ratings, and marketing signals must not be fabricated, purchased, or manipulated. If a signal is estimated, editorial, algorithmic, or sourced from a partner, it must not be presented as a verified purchase review.
8. Partner metadata
Partner titles, prices, availability, delivery estimates, ratings, shop names, and product claims can change. JediPic may edit labels, hide stale metadata, or route shoppers to the destination for final confirmation.
9. Sponsored and affiliate labeling
Affiliate-linked recommendations that create a material connection must be disclosed close to the recommendation or handoff. Paid placement, sponsored content, gifted products, or materially preferred partners must be labeled separately when that relationship affects the recommendation surface.
10. Enforcement
JediPic may edit labels, remove content, limit distribution, suspend features, disable links, or report serious violations when necessary to address user, platform, legal, or trust risk.
